1. Shipping and Delivery Logistics
GhorTheke is dedicated to delivering our products to every corner of Bangladesh. We have established partnerships with leading third-party logistics and courier service providers, including Pathao, RedX, and Steadfast, to ensure that your orders are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep.
Please note that GhorTheke operates as a separate entity from these courier services; therefore, while we coordinate closely with them, the final delivery process is subject to the internal operations and logistics management of the respective courier companies.
2. Delivery Timeline and Processing
We understand the importance of timely delivery for food products. Our standard procedure is to process and hand over all confirmed orders to our courier partners within 1 to 2 working days of order confirmation. Once the package has been handed over to the courier service, the responsibility for the delivery timeline and transit logistics shifts to the respective delivery agent.

Inside Dhaka: Customers can generally expect their orders within 1 to 2 business days after the handover.

Outside Dhaka: For locations outside the capital, the delivery timeline typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days, depending on the distance and accessibility of the destination.
Note: These timelines are estimates provided by the courier services. GhorTheke does not have direct control over the courier's transit time and cannot be held liable for delays caused by logistics issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances once the product is in the courier's possession.
3. Shipping Charges
To provide the most accurate pricing, GhorTheke does not use a flat shipping rate for all orders. Instead, the shipping fee is calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and order specifications.
The exact shipping amount will be clearly displayed to you during the checkout process on our Website before you confirm your order. GhorTheke reserves the right to modify shipping rates or offer promotional free shipping for specific campaigns, which will be updated on the Website accordingly.
4. Order Tracking and Updates
While GhorTheke does not provide a direct tracking interface on our Website, we ensure you stay informed about your order's progress:

5. Payment Methods

Please note that while we provide multiple payment gateways, GhorTheke reserves the right to restrict certain orders to Cash on Delivery (COD) only based on internal risk assessments or promotional terms.
6. Order Cancellation and Delivery Failure

Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched/shipped from our facility. Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

Delivery Attempts: To ensure successful delivery, our courier partners will attempt to contact you via the phone number provided. If a customer fails to answer the call or receive the delivery after two (2) consecutive attempts, GhorTheke and the courier service reserve the right to cancel the order and return the product to our warehouse.
